I have used Precious Pup for over 25 years. I have had a few dogs due to replacing due to old age. I have always been happy with the grooming, customer care and attention to my dogs. I love the fact the same groomer is responsible for my dog. Also love the way they smell when done. I never go anywhere else and recommend Previous Pup to people. 5 stars indeed. Plus all my dogs are so happy when we pull in parking lot. Dogs are SMART 🐾🐾🐾🐾
I have been going to Precious Pup for 23 years. 7 years ago, I moved to another county. I tried several groomers but sometimes my dogs had cuts on their skin, hair was choppy or the groomers would only do half of their body. I don’t need some fancy place for my dogs. I look at how well the job is done without trauma to my pets. I now drive one hour to Precious Pup because they have always done a great job & their cost is very reasonable.
They have always been kind & gentle with all of my dogs! They treat them like their own and the most affordable in the area.

At advertises her place of business is on Grafton road. But you can't get in touch with her controversy news. She's retired. She's ill. She no longer is doing it so I don't know what's going on. I even try to get a letter out to her to meet her for lunch but no reply. So I'm guessing she's no longer doing dogs wasted. You're trying? I don't know why they transferred her information on Grafton road but it's a shame because I sure do miss her
My three dogs love the blonde chick! I guess because we're blondes too. Always super friendly and great prices! The people who work here are definitely animal lovers!
Called today and was told that my dogs are too old (10 and 12) for grooming and the fact that I have not had them groomed at their establishment in over a year. I have used this place intermittently for years, but never again. I was told they get stressed when groomed in their older years and that could cause premature death. What a weak and cruel story! I guess I'll be going somewhere where my money is as good as anyone else's and someplace that is in business to serve the public as well as dogs that need attention.
I loved this place, but it looks like they are closed. For a couple of weeks they weren’t answering their phone and now it says that number is no longer in service.
That’s too bad because I would drive my puppy Griffin 20 minutes and last several other groomers to bring him to Precious Pup because we liked the people there and the job they did.
I hope everyone’s ok and if they open up again, I’d recommend their service to anyone.
